What is Mobile Storage?
Mobile storage is a convenient solution where a storage unit is delivered right to your home, office, or business. You pack your belongings at your own pace, then we collect the unit and store it securely in our Auckland facility. Need access? No problem! You can visit our facility or have your storage unit delivered back to you when needed.
What is Self-Storage?
We also provide traditional self-storage solutions for those who need frequent access to their belongings. Our secure, easily accessible facility offers a variety of unit sizes, ensuring the perfect fit for your storage needs. What are Smartbox mobile storage units made of?
Our Smartboxes are made of wood, which can breathe, ensuring your items are well protected from temperature and humidity changes. All your belongings, from paperwork to large furniture - will be safe and secure in a Smartbox, making it the ideal home and business storage solution.
The SmartTrailer
Each Smartbox comes in a fully covered, lockable, aluminium trailer (similar to a house-moving truck). This ensures teh Smartbox and your belongings inside are fully protected from all weather conditions and secure while parked at your location. The SmartTrailer will be locked in place with a tow ball lock and one wheel clamp on the trailer.
How do I lock my Smartbox?
The Smartbox has a three-hinged door with a sliding bolt locking system. We can supply padlocks, or you can provide your own. Either way, you are the only one with a set of keys to your Smartbox.
How do I pack my Smartbox?
A Smartbox storage box is easy to pack and get into. The floor is only 40cm off the ground and accessible via a low built-in ramp. Take a look at our packing tips for more information on the best way to pack your Smartbox.
What if I have items that need special storage and care?
If you have any items that require special handling or won’t fit into a standard Smartbox, please contact us. We can arrange for a box to be specially made to fit.
