How big is a Smartbox?

We offer two Smartbox sizes to suit your needs. Whether you’re storing home furniture, business documents, or seasonal gear, we’ve got the right fit for you.

The Big Box

External Measurements: 3m (L) x 1.8m (W) x 2.3m (H)
Internal Measurements: 2.9m (L) x 1.8m (W) x 2.1m (H)
Ideal for: 1-2 bedroom homes, larger furniture, business storage (fits approx. 130 archive boxes)

The Baby Box

External Measurements: 1.8m (L) x 1.8m (W) x 2.3m (H)
Internal Measurements: 1.7m (L) x 1.7m (W) x 2.1m (H)
Ideal for: Studio apartments, small moves, decluttering

No problem! You can get a quote online or call/email us.

How much time do I have to pack my Smartbox?

You have up to one day (24 hours) to pack your Smartbox. Then we’ll collect it from you. Talk to us about your specific requirements

How do I lock my Smartbox?

When you’ve finished packing, just lock the Smartbox. We can supply padlocks, or you can provide your own. Either way, you’ll be the only one with access to the key.

Are there items that I cannot store in a Smartbox?

Yes, prohibited items include perishables, flammables, and liquids. See our prohibited items page for more information.

Where is the Smartbox storage facility?

Your Smartbox is stored at our secure storage facility at:

What are Smartbox's opening hours?

You are welcome to visit us to see our operation or access your Smartbox. Please call and book a time so we can ensure your Smartbox is ready in our safe access areas.

Delivery Monday to Sunday: 8:0 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. (or by appointment)
Unit Access / Office Hours: Monday to Sunday 6am - 8pm
Public Holidays: Closed

We require at least 24 hours’ notice to book your access.

How long can I have my Smartbox stored for?

We can store your Smartbox for as long as you need. The longer your storage term, the cheaper the monthly storage rate.

Do you offer packing and delivery assistance?

Absolutely. We can take the stress out of moving and storage by providing professional help with our Deliver and Load service. Whether you need help packing up your office or unloading at your destination, we've got you covered.
