Booking a Smartbox

Please note: a $75.00 check out fee applies and is charged per Smartbox when your redelivery booking is made. A reduced checkout fee applies if you are moving out at our warehouse facility.

This fee covers the cost of locating the customers Smartbox in the warehouse and loading into a trailer to prepare for redelivery

Conditions Where Extra Charges May Apply

1. ✔️ Travel outside of our Auckland-wide delivery zone
2. ✔️ Difficult site access (e.g., multiple flights of stairs, long carry distances, no parking) — this would add more time
3. ✔️ Delays or restricted access on site
4. ✔️ Exceeding the allocated 2-hour time window
